Week 3

Meeting Purpose:         To produce bottle and jam process for Roselle

List of ingredient and process:

  1. Separate pods and petals 
  2. Determine sugar required (ratio 1:1) 
  3. Boil the pods 
  4. Drain and discard the pods 
  5. Cook the petals (Until Soften) 
  6. Add sugar 
  7. Blend (Until Smoother)

Discussion:
Figures 1 and 2 show the level 0 level 1 block diagram that we have created based on the selection of components for inputs, processes and outputs. For the context diagram shown in figure 4 is to state the ways to make jam rosslle such as quantity of ingredients and process.

Conclusion:
We have done make a process to produce 10,000 bottles of syrup and 5,000 bottles of jam per day.
